Rewards DELIVERED + Tutorial booklets clarification

Dear Backers,

Some packages took a single day while the others needed a little longer, but the majority of rewards have reached their destination! If you haven't already, share a pic of your reward and tag us to be featured on our social media :)

Regarding the tutorial booklets: As mentioned in one of our updates, a production mistake resulted in faulty and useless tutorial booklets. We fixed this by re-printing the booklets and including a corrected version in each package. In short: Toss the tutorial booklet from the game box and only use the revised booklet!

After some packaging and labelling ... and fixing, re-printing, re-packing, recovering from Covid, re-processing, and re-labelling ... we are absolutely thrilled to announce that all of your rewards have FINALLY been shipped!

Whew! We thought this day would never come!

This journey has been an immense learning experience for the entire Totem Hoarder team and we did everything in our power fulfil the rewards in the shortest time possible. We once again apologize for the delay and appreciate your support and understanding.

Delay Due to Production Error

Dear backers,

Unfortunately, the shipment of all rewards is delayed due to a recently discovered production error. We plan to ship the packages by December 19th.

Some of the step-by-step tutorial booklets included in each base set were printed and assembled out of order, rendering them unusable. At best, this makes learning the game needlessly hard. At worst, it teaches the game all wrong!

To fix this in the shortest possible time, we will promptly re-print the tutorial booklets and include a corrected copy in each package.

We anticipate resolving this issue and getting the rewards to you as soon as humanly possible!

Dear Hoarders,

We are excited to announce that the Totem Hoarder base game sets and The Champion Duels expansion packs have arrived from the print shop! The production of the remaining items is either underway or will enter production shortly.

In summary, everything is proceeding as scheduled, and we anticipate shipping the rewards by the end of November.
